Rylee M. (Young Athlete Program)

Rylee, Age 13 participated in our Young Athlete Summer Program. This is what Rylee had to say about her experience.

Over the two short months that I did the Athlete Program, we worked on alertness, Ryleestrength and adjustability. I did this to help myself get better at Volleyball. Last year I barely made the Junior Pathway Volleyball team. I only played a total of 3 games.  Now I’m able to play every game and can move faster than the ball. CrossFit was not just a way to shorten Summer but my second home.
