Rylee, Age 13 participated in our Young Athlete Summer Program. This is what Rylee had to say about her experience.
Over the two short months that I did the Athlete Program, we worked on alertness, strength and adjustability. I did this to help myself get better at Volleyball. Last year I barely made the Junior Pathway Volleyball team. I only played a total of 3 games. Now I’m able to play every game and can move faster than the ball. CrossFit was not just a way to shorten Summer but my second home.
