What is the Masters’ Program?
The Masters’ Programming differs from our regular programming in that we place a larger focus on balance, mobility and flexibility and core strength. Our method allows exposure to the workouts at a challenging and tolerable intensity and produces results.

One of the great things about CrossFit is that anyone can participate. Our master athletes enjoy life by becoming stronger and fitter and maintaining better coordination and balance. Exercising with functional movements improves bone density, reduces blood pressure, and increases strength and energy.
