Our Young Athlete Program is for kids ages 6-13 (ages 14+ may participate in our adult classes) and meets T/TH from 4:30PM-5:15PM. 1x per week is $49 or 2x per week is $79. Sign-UP On-line by clicking HERE
We offer preseason and off-season conditioning for youth & high school athletes. Each training session focuses on developing the total athlete. Skills, drills and conditioning components work to improve body awareness, balance and the attributes necessary for successful sports participation.
