If you’ve been struggling to get into the gym because you just can’t seem to find time, you may need to pause and see what you’re so busy doing. Take a piece a paper and write down all the things that you do in a day. Is there anything you can spend less time doing or erase altogether? For instance do you spend 2 hours a day on social media or watching TV? I guarantee that if you try this exercise, you’ll find that you do have 3-5 hours per Week to make your health a priority! If you try this exercise, I’d love to hear how it went for you. 🙂
This Week is Personal Record (PR) Week at CrossFit Maricopa! We’ve trained our lifts for the last 6 months and now it’s time to test how that training has paid off! If you’re new to CFM or haven’t been in consistently, we still want you to show up during PR Week! For new members, you’ll be able to set a baseline on your lifts. This is fun because you’ll be able to watch your gains as you continue with us. If you’re not ready for a PR (I’m in that camp), then give yourself grace and get in for a good workout!
