Personal Record (PR Week): August 19th-24th. Come in and test your lifts and see how you’ve improved in the last 6 months! Even if you don’t want to PR, please come to class for a great workout!

USA Powerlifting Southwest Regional Championship: Come cheer on Bonnie, Makenna and Nadia on Sunday, August 25th. Arizona Grand Resort & Spa.  Lifting starts at 10AM.
