Bring a Friend: Current members, invite friends & family to workout with you on Wednesday, August 14th (any time slot). Please let us know if you’re bringing someone.

Personal Record (PR Week): August 19th-24th. Come in and test your lifts and see how you’ve improved in the last 6 months! Even if you don’t want to PR, please come to class for a great workout!
