January has come and gone…… are you on track to get the RESULTS you want for 2019?? Did you join the $10 per month gym and are lost or bored with the workouts?? #1: We are opening our BEGINNER Boot Camp to new clients!! Classes start February 5th. Space is LIMITED. We have an AM Session (T/TH at 9:30AM) and a PM Session (T/TH at 7:15PM).

Boot Camp is great for anyone who is new to CrossFit or exercise in general. Boot Camp Classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible!CLICK HERE TO SIGN-UP

#2: The Healthy M.E.A.L. Nutrition/Lifestyle Challenge: Next Challenge starts March 1st!

The Healthy M.E.A.L. is a 4 Week Program that slowly layers in new Healthy Habits each Week. The Program is meant to have a symbiotic effect to bring long lasting mind and body changes!  $75 for Non-Members of CFM and $49 for CFM Members. CLICK HERE to learn more.

#3: Great Start Personal Training:  Get three (3) 1-on-1 personal training sessions to get you geared up for our group CrossFit classes.  Sessions are 45 minutes each. Package is only $149.  CLICK HERE to sign-up.  

#4: Semi-Private Training: We are EXPANDING our Semi-Private Training Program (personal training at a fraction of the cost).  We currently offer this program on M/W/F at 4:15PM and M/W at 7:15PM but are looking to add morning options too! REGISTRATION FOR THE CROSSFIT OPEN IS OPEN!! This is probably the favorite event at our gym each year so don’t miss out! We encourage everyone to give it a shot… you won’t regret it!
