Annual Barbells for Boobs: This Friday, October 19th at 7PM.  The CFM Team has already raised $3500!! We’ve surpassed our $3000 goal! Thank-you!  Come out and cheer on our athletes! October Calendar of Events:

October 3000 Kettlebell Swing Challenge:  October 1st- October 31st.  Work to accumulate 3000+ Kettlebell Swings in the month of October. Track your progress on the whiteboard. Good Luck!!
