October Calendar of Events:

October 3000 Kettlebell Swing Challenge:  October 1st- October 31st.  Work to accumulate 3000+ Kettlebell Swings in the month of October. Track your progress on the whiteboard. Good Luck!!

October Check In Challenge: Current members WIN prizes for simply checking in during the month of October. See the CFM Athletes group for details or PM Kelly with questions.

Double Under Clinic: October 6th at 9AM-10AM.  $10

Just let us know and we’d be happy to help you get started. And remember a Kettlebell/Dumbell track is always available if you prefer not to use the barbell (just ask your Coach).
