Barbells for Boobs

October is the month that CrossFit Maricopa goes from orange to pink in order to support Breast Cancer Awareness. So awesome that the CFM Family came together to raise over $2200 for breast cancer detection! Thank-you to everyone that made our annual Barbells for Boobs Fundraiser such a successful event!

The Holidays are right around the corner and this seems to be the time of year that people put their health and well being on the back burner in the name of the Holiday frenzy! At CrossFit Maricopa we believe that the Holidays are the time that you NEED to take time for you in order to combat the stress that inevitably comes this time of the Year.  That is why CrossFit Maricopa is offering a FREE program to all members called Power through the Holidays!  This program will offer tips, strategies and motivation throughout November & December on eating healthy, getting into the gym, getting enough sleep and stress reducers. Semi-Private Training.  Are you looking for PERSONAL training at a fraction of the cost!? Then Semi-Private Training is for you. You get a customized workout to achieve your goals but share the time slot with 1 to 5 other people. We offer an Evening Session on M/W at 7:15PM and a Day Session on T/F at Noon.
