Down 16lbs since January!

ChristinaCongratulations to Christina! Christina joined our Semi-Private Training in January to get ready for a big trip to Hawaii. Christina started off with doing 2 Semi-Private classes per Week. Soon she added a CrossFit class to those workouts and then eventually a 2nd CrossFit day. Christina’s trip is still a couple of weeks out BUT she is already down 16lbs. and has lost 6.5 inches on her waist! Keep up the GREAT work!!
