“I had gained more weight than I was ok with and knew I had to do something! I started my journey to a better me in April with the 6 week bootcamp. It has been hard work, but OH so worth it! I have finally found something that I enjoy doing, and I am getting results! I am doing things I never thought possible, including participating in the Mud run with a bunch of fellow CFM atheletes! I am still a work in progress, and look forward to reaching my goals this next year.
