halloweenhostsWe are wrapping up October and what a FUN month it was!! We had our Barbells for Boobs Fundraiser, our Dawn of the Deadlift In-House Competition, Zombie Park WOD and Halloween Party!! A BIG shout out to our Halloween Party Hosts, Amanda and Carl! Your hospitality is GREATLY appreciated and fun was had by all!

Friday, November 4th at 5:15PM: Strongman Friday: the weather has cooled off so it’s time to get outside and get dirty. We’ll use the tires, sledge hammer, sled…. Sign-up on Zen.

Monday, November 7th at 7:15PM: Starting Point: join us for our NEW Intro for those curious about CrossFit Maricopa or new members that want a Quick Start Guide to membership at CFM. This is an informal discussion and Q&A. Invite friends and family. SIGN-UP HERE

Friday, November 11th at 6:30PM: Ladies Core & Floor Seminar with Coach Holly.  Learn breathing drills, stretches and exercises to improve core and floor function. We will also address the symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. $10 for members, $20 for non-members. SIGN-UP HERE

Saturday, November 12th at 7:30AM: Sweat on Saturday: come out to the Cobblestone Farms Pool Park for a FUN, Team-based workout. Can be scaled to all fitness levels. Friends and family welcome. SIGN-UP HERE.

Sunday, November 13th at 4PM: Power through the Holidays Lifestyle Challenge Kick-Off: The Holidays can be a super stressful time……
Which in turn can lead to many bad habits like……
Overeating, not sleeping enough, skipping workouts….
