Let’s Have a Super September!

It’s going to be a SUPER September at CrossFit Maricopa!  We’re kicking off the month with our Labor Day Community Workout and Potluck! Invite your friends and family!

Please arrive at 8AM for workout rules & pictures!
Heat 1: 8:10AM-8:30AM: Sign-up here.
Heat 2: 8:40AM-9:00AM: Sign-up here.
Potluck: 9:00AM-10:00AM: Bring a dish to pass, your favorite beverage and a camp chair!
The workout is “Jack” (can be scaled to everyBODY):
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115 pound Push press, 10 reps
10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box
