Join us for a COMMUNITY workout (friends and family welcome) on Monday, September 5th from 8AM-9AM! As always, the workout can be scaled for ALL fitness levels. The workout will be:
“Jack“: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115 pound Push press, 10 reps
10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box
We have 2 heats available: Sign-up on Zen: Heat 1 goes off at 8:10AM (be there at 8AM to warm-up) and Heat 2 goes off at 8:40AM (be there at 8:30AM to warm-up). Regardless of the Heat that you choose, we hope that you will stay for the entire hour to cheer on your fellow athletes.
After the workout, stay from 9AM-10AM and hang out for a family friendly potluck (bring a dish to share) and camp chairs.
