Happy 4th of July Weekend! We hope you enjoyed our 1776 Community Workout on Saturday! We will have Open Gym on July 4th between 7AM-9AM. This is an opportunity to come in lift, do a favorite workout or work on a skill. We will be closed after 9AM. Have a happy and safe 4th celebrating Independence Day with your friends and family!

Monthly Challenge: Random Acts of Kindness: did you know that acts of kindness can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, boost happiness and inspire more kindness? Leave a post it note for someone, help a new member, tell someone what a great job he/she is doing….be creative!
Small Groups: Do you have a hobby/ interest that you would like to share with other CFM Members (ie Book Club, Running, Gardening etc)? We are making the box available to members in off-hours to meet up with other members to share interests. If you have an idea, please contact Kelly for availability.
