A few words from Jamie:
“Started CrossFit in 2013-my primary goal was to lose some weight. I was doing

CrossFit 3 days a week and was still eating too much of the wrong foods so didn’t lose any weight , got discouraged and quit.
Fast forward to 2015-wanted (and needed) to get back into exercise. Considered going to one of the other gyms in town-been there, done that. I saw no benefit exercising on all those machines with no instruction, coaching etc.
So decided to come back to CrossFit- now 5 days a week and eating better and have lost 10lbs. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE CrossFit. I believe you get what you pay for-with CrossFit we get personal attention-coaches who coach, train, instruct, and challenge us to do our best. Best of all is the ongoing encouragement we get from the coaches and fellow Crossfitters.”
