Getting Started is as Easy as 3… 2… 1… GO!
The hardest part of trying something new…having the courage to start it. We are confident that if you have come this far on the website, you are ready for a change! You do NOT need to get in shape before you start CrossFit…that’s what we are here for! No matter who you are or where your fitness is currently, we have something for you!
STEP 1: Schedule a FREE Welcome Session! Group Welcome Sessions Every Wednesday at 6:15PM (call 480-532-0067 to RSVP). Or schedule a private session that meets your schedule.
Our Welcome Sessions last approximately 60 minutes (do it alone or bring a friend). The Sessions include: 1) discussing your fitness goals; 2) an introduction to CrossFit and CFM’s culture/community; and 3) a fitness assessment to help evaluate your current fitness level (please wear workout clothes and bring a water bottle).
STEP 2: Group Classes (CrossFit or Specialty Classes Choose the one that’s Right for You)!
We have an extensive class schedule to satisfy even the busiest of individuals! During group classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals. You will reach new physical and emotional levels you didn’t think were possible, and you will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network, who will help you on your continued path to greater health and happiness.
